  • We ship worldwide via Canada Post

  • All prices are in Canadian dollars

  • We offer free shipping on all orders

  • Because each item is made-to-order, please allow 2-3 weeks for your item to ship

  • We unfortunately cannot be held responsible for shipping delays once the item is processed with Canada Post. International shipments may experience unavoidable delays through Customs

  • Hutchison is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please be sure to double check that your address has been entered correctly before placing an order


  • If you have any questions about fit or sizing, please feel free to Contact Us We try our best to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours

  • If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please Contact Us before returning your order. We can provide you with a pre-paid domestic shipping label for your return.  At the present time, pre-paid shipping labels are not available for international returns

  • Currently, returns can be made for store credit only.  In the event of a returned item, a store credit code will be issued for the full value of your purchase price to the provided email address. This credit will never expire

  • If you would like to exchange an item, it must be sent back within 7 days of receiving your package. Items cannot be returned if they have been visibly worn, washed, damaged, or if labels and tags have been removed. We want you to love your purchase! Every item is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure there is no preexisting damage

  • Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled for a refund.  If you would like to cancel an order before it has been shipped, a store credit code for the purchase price will be issued

  • All Vintage items are final sale
